  nBn design could effectively reduce the dark current and the process difficulty of HgCdTe device. The photoelectric properties of HgCdTe nBn infrared detectors are studied by two-dimensional numerical simulation. The energy band structure of the nBn structure and the influence of the structural parameters on the performance of the device are theoretically calculated.
• Super-Resolution Imaging and Rotational Tracking of Surface Enhanced Raman Scattering Nanoparticles in Living Cells Author：Miaoyan Download
  We have successfully developed a novel super-resolution technique, which enables SERS as imaging contrast with a resolution of approximately 50 nm. By modulating the polarization angle of the excitation laser, the SERS nanorods display a dramatic anisotropy effect, allowing nanoscale orientation calculations by our newly developed Super-resolution Dipole Orientation Mapping (SDOM) algorithm. Single particle tracking of SERS nanorods provides not only the particle trajectory, but also the orientation at super-resolution. The position and orientation information give further insight into the dynamic process of labeled molecules, most possibly to unravel the working mechanism of molecule interaction such as protein diffusion and nanomotion.

• Microscale-Patterned Graphene Electrodes for Organic Light-Emitting Devices by a Simple Patterning Strategy Author：Yang Download
  A simple and reliable transfer-pattern strategy is developed for the microscale-patterned graphene electrode by using a photoresist as both supporting layer for the graphene transfer and photolithographic mask layer. 25 μm line width patterned organic light-emitting devices arrays with high precision and uniform lighting area have been demonstrated.
• Highly Flexible Organic/Inorganic Hybrid Perovskite Light-Emitting Devices Based on An Ultrathin Au Electrode Author：Yu-Shan Download
  Organic/inorganic hybrid perovskite materials have been paid much attention in light-emitting applications during the past several years. The commonly used indium tin oxide (ITO) electrodes in perovskite light-emitting devices (PeLEDs) have unavoidable drawbacks of increasing cost and incompatibility with flexible devices, which limit the development of the PeLEDs. Here, high-performance and ITO-free flexible PeLEDs utilizing an ultrathin Au electrode have been achieved and exhibit high brightness (>10000 cdm-2). The ultrathin Au film with thickness of 7 nm exhibits an excellent surface morphology with a root-mean-square roughness value of 0.307 nm, outstanding optical properties with a transparency of 83% at the wavelength of 550 nm, and favorable conductivity with a sheet resistance of 13 Ω sq-1 by introducing a MoO3/SU-8 modification layer. High mechanical robustness and flexibility have been obtained for the flexible PeLEDs by surviving 1000 bending cycles. The flexible PeLEDs reported here have exhibited tremendous potential for its commercial applications.

  Modern science and technology ask for more efficient and integrated optic devices, which stimulates the development of nanophotonics. The recent realization of metasurfaces is of particular relevance as it offers potential for developing virtually flat optics. This ultrathin artificial planar material, which consists of nanoscale structures, is a new method for flexible optical manipulation. Here, a high efficiently beam splitter based on all-dielectric metasurface for the visible light is demonstrated. Our structure consists of Si nano-cylinders array and a layer by layer (LBL) high efficiency reflector separated by the MgF2 spacer. Using the finite-difference-timedomain (FDTD) simulations, the beam splitting with a high conversion efficiency about 95% has been realized in visible spectrum with a broad bandwidth (580 nm - 780 nm). Our findings represent a new approach to boost flat optics performance by dielectric metasurface.

  Chronic fatigue syndrome (CFS), also called myalgic encephalomyelitis (ME) is a debilitating complex disorder and remains an incompletely characterised illness, in part due to controversy regarding its definition, biological basis and diagnosis. Single-cell Raman microspectroscopy combined with machine learning algorithms has the potential of finding potential biomarkers and building classification models for diagnosis of the disease.
